Don’t let his name fool you: Rowdy is actually a pretty chill guy. He’s relatively low-energy and would probably tell you that his favorite activity is actually sleeping! Rowdy is a Boxer/Terrier mix who’s around seven years old, and he’s an all-around great dog who does well on a leash and enjoys going for walks, as long as he can follow up that exercise with a good nap!
Rowdy desperately wants a home where he can settle in and relax. He was surrendered to us after his former owner couldn’t bring him into assisted living and couldn’t find him a good home even after trying desperately. Rowdy is sad and confused, as you might imagine, and he knows he’s in good hands but still finds shelter life to be a little overwhelming with all the other dogs. Rowdy is sure to show his appreciation for his forever family, and he’ll probably ask for plenty of pets with gentle nudges. Let’s find this sweet pup a great home!
Rowdy is up-to-date on vet care, is heartworm-negative, and has been neutered and microchipped. He is current on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.
